Jin Canrong
Jin Canrong is a state-honored “Chang Jiang Scholar” Professor. He is the Associate Dean with the School of International Studies at Renmin University of China. 

Strategically, China’s approach remains consistent with its stance during the Donglang Crisis in 2017. China aims to uphold stability in Sino-Indian relations while keeping its national security focus on the Taiwan Strait. However, if India persists in provoking, there could be tactical adjustments. China might adopt a firmer stance tactically, compelling India to confront the consequences of its provocations.
