70 Civil Servants from Deepseek Assume Office in Shenzhen, China

Deepseek was launched less than a month ago. Government agencies in Shenzhen, China, have started using it to improve efficiency.
Recently, Futian District in Shenzhen has pioneered the introduction of AI digital employees developed based on DeepSeek, with the first batch of 70 “on duty.”
These 70 Deepseek civil servants are divided into 11 categories, covering diverse scenarios such as document processing, public service, emergency management, and investment promotion.
It is reported that these 70 new employees in Futian can achieve:
Over 95% accuracy in document format correction, a 90% reduction in review time, and an error rate controlled within 5%;
The “Law Enforcement Document Generation Assistant” can generate a draft of the enforcement document from the enforcement record in seconds; the accuracy of public demand allocation has improved from 70% to 95%;
The “AI Investment Promotion Assistant” has enhanced the efficiency of enterprise analysis and selection by 30%…
In addition to the general capabilities of DeepSeek, these AI digital employees have also been customized with personalized intelligent bodies tailored to the specific business processes of various departments, meeting the needs of 240 business scenarios in the first batch.
Previously, the Longgang District Committee of Shenzhen organized the DeepSeek Longgang Youth π—Intelligent Empowerment Practical Training Camp and held its first session on February 13, leading over 120 young cadres to learn the operational skills of DeepSeek, transforming AI intelligence into a cyberpunk version of the “secretarial team.”
