A veteran diplomat, Kishore Mahbubani is a distinguished fellow at the Asia Research Institute, part of the National University of Singapore (NUS). He is a former president of the United Nations Security Council and the founding dean of NUS’ Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
