The Wall Street Journal has warned that cutting research ties with China would threaten American progress in critical areas. With their own agenda in mind, those in the Capitol are unlikely to answer the call, but what they don’t realize is that these hurdles are forcing Chinese sciencists to make up the minds on a tough decision.
